The responsibility we have to sustaining our planet as a healthy environment belongs to all of us. Everything that we do impacts the world. How we impact the world is more a choice than you may think. Choices you make every day...which route to take to work, which paper to buy, how long to run the water in the shower, what foods to buy and eat. Easy isn't always best and in this fantastic world of choice - healthy, sustainable alternatives to over processed and wasteful products are available in almost every facet of life.

 

Go-Organics Mission

Go Organics is committed to good food and a green earth. Local, organic and fair-trade products are the main ingredients! We are dedicated to sustainable, slow, nutritionally balanced foods with an emphasis on local foods and specialty needs including Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Vegan and Vegetarian. The Go Organics commitment to green doesn’t stop with food. All Go Organics foods are packaged in recyclable containers or biodegradable, food derived cellophane and paper bags.

 

Go-Organics Origins

Go Organics catering and take-out was founded by Culinary Institute of America graduate Judy Mancini. Award winning 'Chef Judy' prepares vegetarian, nutritionally balanced lunches at an area charter school. As the story goes... parents began dropping in to the kitchen for samples and leftovers for dinner. Thus, Go Organics was created to fill the need and desire of school parents, staff and alumni by providing the local community with take-out meals and catering for parties and special events. In 2006, Judy was joined by Martine Marcus, an entrepreneur with a long history in the gourmet food industry. Out of the food business for a number of years, Martine has a freelance marketing/graphic firm.
